Visitor Feedback Ministry
If it would be helpful, we can ask someone to visit your church and give you some feedback from their experience as a visitor:
These are examples, but your church will want to design your own questions for the visitors to answer from their experience.
- Was it easy to find your website? Was your website helpful and accurate to a visitor who wanted to visit on Sunday?
- Did Google Search have any reviews from your church members? What did the reviews say?
- Were signs, greeters, maps or brochures helpful to find a Sunday School class to attend?
- Did the seating in class help promote discussion and getting to know one another?
- Did most of the class members talk and participate in class?
- Did discussion questions promote a conversation in class about the meaning and application of the Bible verses?
- How many people in class took turns leading - announcements, prayer, testimonies, teaching, discussion?
- Was it easy to be prayed for in class?
- Did someone ask if you would like to be contacted about future class fellowships? Did they invite you to anything?
- Was the classroom neat and clean? Was there helpful information on tables or on walls?
- Did anyone walk over with you to the worship service? Did a class member sit with you? Did a class member ask if you would like to sit with them?
- What stood out to you from the worship service?
- Was there anything you missed in the worship service?
- Was there information at the worship entrance about adult small groups, children's or youth ministry?
- Did you feel that the children's area was safe, clean and well-run?
- Were the restrooms clean and well supplied?
- If there was an outdoor children's playground, did it look safe and well-kept?
These are examples, but your church will want to design your own questions for the visitors to answer from their experience.
